Janice Mumberson

Janice is a partner at Barriston LLP, a full service law firm with offices in Barrie, Collingwood, Bracebridge and Huntsville.  She practices in the areas of Corporate and Commercial law, Wills & Estates, and Real Estate.

Raised in New Lowell, Janice attended Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario where she obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (’09) and Juris Doctor (’12). She has enjoyed being an active member of the Barrie community since moving here in 2014. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Canadian Mental Health Association Simcoe County, the Estate Planning Council of Simcoe County, a planned giving committee member reporting to the Board of Directors of Empower Simcoe, and a member of the Simcoe County Law Association, and the Barrie Real Estate Association.

Janice enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, gardening, and discovering the many amazing community events that the City of Barrie has to offer.
