Volunteering with the Barrie Community Foundation

Volunteers are the backbone of the Barrie Community Foundation (BCF). If you are interested in the community and the impact of the Foundation, we may have a volunteer opportunity for you. Please consider joining our team.

Members of the Board embrace the privilege to serve and the responsibility to lead. Our continued success depends on the personal commitment and active involvement of the Board of Directors. Board members are advocates of the Barrie Community Foundation, communicators of the mission and vision, and play an important role in fund development and community leadership initiatives.

The Board of Directors attend monthly meetings and continually build relationships with the community. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals who have expertise in Marketing, Legal & Finances, Cultural & Social Services and Office Support Service.
